Birthday Parties

All YMCA birthday parties are two hours in length and include a designated party space, a cake, drinks, and paper goods (table cloths, plates, forks, cups, and napkins). Want a special themed cake? You can add a theme of your choice for just $6. Parties are designed for 12 children. Additional children may attend any party, except for gymnastics, for an extra $3 per child.


Basic Party

A basic party includes the use of the Multi-Purpose Room plus a cake and drinks. Want a gym party instead? Host your party in half the gym for $15 more.

Cost: $110.00 for Members / $140.00 for Program Participants


Pool Party

Pool Parties start with one hour in the pool followed by an hour in the Multi-Purpose Room. All pool rules apply during your party, and swim tests will be given to all party guests. Please note that there must be one adult in the water for every five children age 0-7 or non-swimming children age 8-14. The cost of a pool party includes 4 swimming adults. Additional swimming adults are $5 each.

Cost: $175.00 for Members / $225.00 for Program Participants

Inflatable (Bounce House) Party

Inflatable Parties include one bounce house with cake and drinks set up in half of the gym. A second bounce house is available for an additional $50.

Gymnastics Party

Gymnastics parties meet with a gymnastics coach in the Gymnastics Gym for one hour and then move to the Multi-Purpose room for cake and drinks. Gymnastics parties are limited to 12 children.

Cost: $175.00 for Members / $225.00 for Program Participants

Play Park Party

A PlayPark Party includes one hour in the play park followed by an hour in the Multi-Purpose room for cake and drinks. An adult must stay in the play park at all times.

Cost: $150.00 for Members / $175 for Program Participants


Party FAQs

  1. Can I come early to decorate?
    Your party space will be available 15 minutes before your scheduled party time.

  2. Can we extend our party time?
    All birthday parties are scheduled for two hours. In consideration of others, we ask that all parties start and end on time. If you require additional time, arrangements must be made with the Program Director in advance. Additional fees will apply.

  3. Do my guests get access to the YMCA during our party?
    Guests must stay in the designated party area. Guest wishing to use other areas of the facility must show their membership card or purchase a day pass.

  4. How early should I schedule my party?
    To ensure facility and staff availability, please book your party 2-4 weeks in advance.

  5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?
    Whenever possible, we will work with you to reschedule your party. Parties canceled more than 7 days prior to the party date will receive a full refund minus the $25 cancellation fees. Parties canceled less than 7 days prior to the party date will not be refunded without approval from the Program Director or CEO.

  6. My friend is a member of the Y. Can he/she book my party so that I can get the member price?
    In order to receive the member price, the birthday child or guest of honor must be a YMCA member.

  7. Can I bring my own decorations?
    Yes. To ensure everyone’s safety and to keep our facility in good order, we ask that you not attach decorations to the wall or ceilings. We also ask that you not bring pinatas, silly string, or confetti ( loose or in balloons).

  8. I booked a party in the gym. Can I pick which gym?
    In most cases, your party will be set up on the East side of the North Gym. At our discretion, however, we may use the West side of the North Gym or part of the South Gym to accommodate various spacing needs.

  9. How many tables will be set up for my party?
    We will set up one table for your cake and one table for every four children attending your party. In most cases, additional chairs will be available for other guests.

 

A non-refundable fee of $25 will be accessed for all cancellations. Parents are responsible for supervising children and scheduling activities during their party.
